The Edgar Lab is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for doctoral and postdoctoral studies of cell growth and proliferation and stem cell biology using the Drosophila model system. Students holding a master's degree may apply for PhD studies in the Edgar lab through either of two PhD programs:

1. The Helmholtz International Graduate School for Cancer Research (www.dkfz.de/en/phd-program/<www.dkfz.de/en/phd-program/>) of the DKFZ.

2. The Hartmut Hoffmann-Berling International Graduate School of Molecular and Cellular Biology (HBIGS; www.hbigs.uni-heidelberg.de <www.hbigs.uni-heidelberg.de>).

PhD applications directly to Dr. Edgar will not be considered.
