Single Cell Lymphoma Explorer

This web-based application allows users to explore scRNA-seq data of lymph node-derived B cell lymphoma and reactive lymph nodes interactively without prior knowledge of the analysis of scRNA-seq data. B and T cell data cell data sets can be browsed separately, enabling optimal resolution for both data sets.
