Intranet - Home

1) The seminar rooms can be reserved by the research group leaders as well as J. Auer, A. Baumm, R. Tolle, and E. Sawruk only. This can be done by contacting Mrs. Kornelia Mack/teaching secretariat or by filling out the respective form.

(2) With the reservation it is the group leader's responsibility to restore order, especially with regard to:

  • the proper use of technical devices
  • the overall order so that others can use the seminar room without any problems and delays
  • the locking of doors, windows, media (if used) after the event is over.

If a group leader reserves the seminar room as a "host" for a third party, then he will be held responsible for:

  • the unlocking of the room in time
  • the use of the media after an orientation and according to the displayed rules
  • the return of the key

(3) The FGL-key functions also as a key to all seminar rooms. The research group leader can obtain a seminar room key as well as the media keys in the secretarial office of his floor. The secretariats of the floors are not allowed to deliver these keys to others without the explicit consent of the respective group leader.

(4) Deficiencies in the seminar rooms and of the media have to be immediately reported to Mrs. Bier (entrance, admininistration, - if necessary by slipping a piece of paper into the administration's mailbox).

(5) The director has to give his consent in cases of company events and symposia of/with externs.

Guidelines for having a party and celebrating social events

(1) A celebration has to be announced to the directorate at least 3 weeks beforehand. At the same time the administration office of the ZMBH has to be informed.

(2) There are 5 so-called "Festzeltgarnituren" (5tables and 10 benches) at your disposal. They will be provided by the "Hausmeister"/janitor. The tables and benches have to be cleaned afterwards. Decoration material can be obtained from the "Hausmeister"/janitor.

(3) The entrance hall has to be clean swept and ready at the next day. Areas where liquids have been spilled have to be thoroughly cleaned. This also applies to the restrooms on the ground floor if they are in a messy and dirty condition.

(4) All garbarge has to be disposed of at once. The key for the disposal hall can be rented from the administration office.

(5) After the event is over it has to be guarenteed that all portal doors as well as the glass sliding doors are locked.

(6) If there was any damage done to the building or the equipment of the ZMBH, it has to be reported immediately to the administration.
